A feeling of Comfort is within reach. I understand that the path to change isn't always comfortable. Just as a shawl can be a source of refuge, a stylish shield, or even an enhancement to a joyful dance, Ashawlaway provides the support you need, whatever the moment.

Seasonal Rhythms:
The changing seasons offer a framework for understanding the natural cycles of energy expenditure and replenishment. 

Just as nature cycles through distinct seasons, our lives also experience periods of growth, activity, rest, and reflection. I will help you attune to these natural rhythms and adjust your approach accordingly. 

External Seasons: These are the familiar cycles of nature; Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. They provide a metaphor for the predictable rhythms in life.

I will help you align your actions and goals with the energy of the external season. 

For example, Spring can represent a time of new beginnings and growth, while Winter can represent a time of rest and reflection.

Internal Seasons: These refer to the natural cycles within a person's life, which may or may not align with the external seasons such as:

Seasons of performance: Times of high productivity and achievement (Summer) alternating with periods of rest or recovery (Winter) 
Seasons of life: Stages such as childhood (Spring), adulthood (Summer), middle age (Autumn), and older age (Winter), each with its own challenges and opportunities.
Seasons of relationships: Periods of closeness and connection (Summer) versus periods of distance or conflict (Winter) in a relationship.
Seasons of Transition and Change:  Moving from one season to another, often triggered by external events (e.g., grief and loss, new relationship, or starting school) but are defined by the internal adjustments required.


Personal Climate: This is the overall context of a person's life, shaped by long-term circumstances, personality, and values. It's like the prevailing weather in a particular region, which can influence but not completely determine the experience of the individual seasons.

With understanding these different types of seasons, the overarching personal climate, and how they impact your energetic budget, I am able to provide tailored supports as you navigate the inevitable changes and transitions that are a natural part of the human experience.
